DRIVE, SPRINT or BOTH!
Drive Bathurst 2008 is an invitation only event utilising the entire Mt Panorama Circuit at Bathurst NSW. The event gives experienced club competitors and motor sport enthusiasts the opportunity to receive expert instruction from well known and respected race champions and then drive on the full Mount Panorama Circuit.

The Event comprises two categories: driveBathurst and sprintBathurst. driveBathurst is an untimed non-competitive event whilst sprintBathurst is a timed competition. Eligible competitors may enter either or both categories.

	EVENT 1: driveBathurst

driveBathurst will run over two days (10 -11 December) and offers a unique opportunity to learn to drive this legendary circuit at your own pace in a non competitive format whilst still enjoying spirited driving.

The focus will be on circuit orientation and training, assisted by our team of professional instructors, progressing through speed-limited sessions and culminating in "No Speed Limit" sessions on the final day. This will be the ultimate track day event providing a great chance to mix with other enthusiasts in a very special venue.

The driveBathurst "Easy Payment" entry fee is $3,695 inc GST. CLOSED
The driveBathurst "Standard" entry fee is $3,995 inc GST and includes:

Door decals & event sponsor signage;

Full circuit orientation & training;

Full circuit speed limited events;

Full circuit non-speed limited events;

Welcome function;

Event merchandise;

Coffee, refreshments & lunches;

Access to driving simulators;

Photography;

CAMS insurance.

This is an invitation only event and successful applicants will require a minimum CAMS L2S licence and must have recently participated in Club competition (or equivalent) to be eligible to participate in this event. This will be a CAMS permitted event.

Please ensure that you meet the driver motorsport eligibility criteria and that you download and read the driveBathurst Draft Supplementary Regulations before paying your application deposit.

driveBathurst APPLICATION & PAYMENT PROCESS

1. Pay your Application Deposit: $995 inc GST;
2. Download & Submit your Application Form;

3. Upon acceptance of your application:

"Back 2 Back"	Pay the full balance by 29 February 2008
"Early Bird"	Pay the full balance by 31 March 2008
"Easy Payment"	Pay the 2nd instalment by 31 May 2008 Pay the 3rd and final instalment by 31 July 2008
"Standard"	Pay the full balance by 15 October 2008

	EVENT 2: sprintBathurst

sprintBathurst will run over three days (12 -14 December) and has been designed with the dedicated club sprinter in mind. Start your engines and prepare for the Supersprint of a lifetime.

The format will include circuit orientation, training sessions and speed-limited practice sessions, before moving to timed practice on the second day. Competitors will then be seeded based on recorded practice times and a full Supersprint will be run on the final day. Times will be published and trophies awarded at the presentation function concluding the Event.

Last year's inaugural event was history in the making; it was the first time that the full Mt Panorama Circuit had been used for a Supersprint.
